Welcome to KoalKeel Restaurant Anguilla

KoalKeel Restaurant Anguilla opened in 1993 proposing an Anguillian dinner rarely found in a hotel or restaurant. Anguillian cuisine is substantial and is based on the foods that are abundant here: fresh fish, coconut, pigeon peas, potatoes, mangos, sugar and limes. The special herbs and seasonings were grown on the island. Those featured at the restaurant were grown right outside the restaurant in the herb garden adjacent to the dining room. The restaurant closed to diners in 2013.
